2. 1. Do not use “Take Away” baits like cheese/nuts. Instead, use “Dine in” type of bait where the rat has to sit and lick. E.g. Peanut butter & Chocolate/Nutella that you can spread. 2. SPREAD out in bait cup 3. Change the bait every 1-2 days to keep it fresh & attractive.

Try nailing the trap on the ground to keep it stable and solid in its place. It can also be that traps are not set in the correct place. However, rats can also be getting lucky. Remember, patience is key! Please contact us if you still need help.

No, a as they are usually different weights and sizes so they will not be affective in most cases. However, they still have a chance of getting caught occasionally. We suggest using “rat traps” for rats and “mouse traps” for mouses as they are specialised for each.

Yes, you can use it for as much as you need. Just wash it fully after use to make sure that it is attractive for rodents.
