We offer refunds on all full priced items. Please contact us at hello@sarkman.co.uk with your order number to organise a return authorisation. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging. Cost of returning the items is responsibility of the customer and all return items must be post stamped within 30 days of their original delivery. We advise you return the parcel using a trackable shipping service with insurance as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
We take great care to ensure the item you receive is correct and in great condition but if a mistake has been made, please contact us at hello@sarkman.co.uk as soon as you can and we’ll sort it out. Generally, we’ll replace the item and cover the shipping cost of the return and replacement items.
